Champions League: Tuchel releases Chelsea squad to face Real Madrid

Chelsea’s squad to face Real Madrid in tonight’s Champions League first-leg tie has been revealed.

According to Football London, Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has named a 23-man squad to face Real Madrid at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea head to the game after losing 4-1 to Brentford in the Premier League last weekend.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, won 2-1 against Celta Vigo in a LaLiga tie.

Below is Chelsea’s full squad against Real Madrid:

Goalkeepers: Edouard Mendy, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marcus Bettinelli

Defenders: Reece James, Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Malang Sarr, Trevoh Chalobah, Marcos Alonso, Kenedy

Midfielders: N’Golo Kante, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Saul Niguez, Ross Barkley, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic.

EPL: Mourinho reacts as Matic announces move from Man United

Former Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, has reacted after Manchester United star, Nemanja Matic revealed he was leaving Old Trafford at the end of the season. The 33-year-old confirmed on Friday that this season will be his last at Manchester United. And Mourinho, who coached Matic at Chelsea and Manchester United sent an emotional message to the Serbian.
